The Loan Officer for Inspire Mortgage, LLC dba Forward Mortgage (Company) is to focus on sales of mortgage products while acting as a liaison between the borrowers and Forward Mortgage. You are to educate our borrowers, to help facilitate a first-class experience throughout the mortgage loan process. You are also responsible for discussing client’s needs, recommending the best loan products, and qualify applicants in a timely manner. Work with applicants to identify their homeownership goals, helping to find ways of reaching those goals.

Spire Custom Homes is looking for a Construction Assistant Contractor. You will assist our Construction Manager with in-field care, maintenance, service, and finalizing of homes for occupancy.

Finish carpentry, punch lists, warranty walk throughs, painting and touch ups. Worksite maintenance and safety. Light errands and travel for supplies and parts as needed. Supervision of progress and communication with CM is crucial.
